AskAIPick values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Account information: Email address, username (and profile photo if using social login)
- Usage data: Options you input, AI responses, usage history
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Polar. Card details are never stored by AskAIPick.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser info, cookies

- To provide and improve the Service
- To authenticate users and manage accounts
- To process subscriptions and payments
- To analyze usage statistics (Vercel Analytics)
- To provide customer support
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information except with the following service providers:
- Service partners: Supabase (database), Polar (payments), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI · Anthropic · Google (AI processing) — each governed by their own privacy policies.

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days. Data required to be retained by law will be kept for the applicable period.

We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.
